Meals
- We do not supply meals, although there are a number of restaurants and cafes throughout Knysna.
- A Kwikspar on the premises can supply most normal requirements.
- No pets - guide dogs only.
- The number of persons booked may not be exceeded without prior consent.
- Your own electrical applliances may not be used in any accommodation
- Communal braais are provided.
- Chalets and rooms must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure. Arrival at 14h00.
- All guests must provide their own towels.
- Extra linen is available for hire.
- Reservations made in advance & paid in full will not be affected by future rate increases.
- A 50% deposit on confirmation of booking is standard.
- Booking to be paid in full 21 days before arrival.
- Deposits are not refundable on cancellation.
- Arrival time is strictly between 13:00 and 17:00 and departure time no later than 10:00am
- Only one car allowed per site, chalet or cabin
- When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged - the rate applicable to that specific day.
- Reservations with part pre-payment will be charged the new rate increase, comes into effect on the arrival date.
- On the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
- Tariffs subject to change without prior notification.
- Rates includes one motor vehicle per site or chalet.
- Please observer disclaimer notice when entering the resort.
